Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days, from the time we receive and process your order(s). If the items are not stock items, such as Chadeliers, it might take 1 to 3 weeks to receive your order. If items are not stock items, they will be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer to you.
Orders received on holidays and weekends are processed the next business day.
If you order items from different manufacturers, you may receive separate shipments and the shipping time will vary.

Since Midlight Electric is located in California, we must charge sales tax on all shipments to California addresses. However, if you have a California reseller certificate, then you qualify for tax exempt status and will not be charged sales tax for shipments within California. To establish exemption eligibility, your certificate must be submitted (mail or fax) prior to the purchase of the product. All orders shipped to locations outside of the state of California are not subject to sales tax.

If you should find a lower price from another site on an identical item, even if it's an "advertised special," we'll not only meet that price, we'll beat it by 10% of the difference to thank you for bringing it to our attention. This guarantee does not apply to clearance, red tag, discontinued items, closeouts, liquidations or special order items. Midlight Electric's sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and we shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss.
To initiate the return process, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return. You will then be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
Midlight Electric will not issue an RMA for merchandise that was invoiced more than 15 days prior to the date of request for an RMA.
Restocking Charge - All products returned for reason other than defects are subject to 35% restocking charge plus shipping charges. This charge is provided back to the customer in the form a credit which they can use on ANY future purchase. The return must be packed in the original carton and shipped within 30 days of receipt. Returned items that show evidence of having been installed, that are missing instructions or documentation and/or original packaging will be scrapped or returned to the purchaser at the purchasers expense. In such cases, a representative from our company will contact the purchaser before taking action.
The customer will be refunded once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
